Community Wellbeing Worker

Part- and full-time roles available.

Shift patterns: 0700hrs till 1430hrs, 1500hrs till 2230hrs

This role will enable individuals to work in small, wellbeing teams within LS7/LS8 and through the work with our existing customers, and new customers coming through the pilot we want to enable and empower customers to be engaged in a number of meaningful activities and relationships so that;

  • People can gain more control in their lives
  • Grow in skills
  • Become more valued members of the community
