Rapid Response Care Worker - York fixed Term Contract

We are currently recruiting for specialist care workers to work as part of our new Rapid Response team, supporting customers being discharged from hospital and back into their own homes. It is expected that the rapid response team will work across all areas of York on a rolling shift pattern of 4 days on/3 days off consisting of days, evenings and alternate weekends.

Previous care experience is essential for this role, together with a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
