HR Recruitment Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Recruitment Administrator to join the team!
Working as an integral part of the branch team, and supporting the Registered Manager, you`ll be involved in all aspects of HR and recruitment related activities.
As a motivated, target driven individual and with a real passion for recruitment, you`ll be responsible for pro-actively developing the staffing pipeline and managing the full recruiting and onboarding processes of new carers.
Managing the ATS recruitment system to ensure that applications are managed appropriately
Ensuring personnel files are compliant in line with company and CQC requirements
You`ll provide effective HR support to the management team in areas including;
Sickness and absence management, and holding return to work interviews
Managing maternity and paternity issues including advising on entitlements, payroll administration
Managing the leaver/resignation processes and holding exit interviews
Note taking in investigation and disciplinary hearings
Providing regular HR statistics/reports to the Head of HR
You`ll have excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and be a great communicator, together with being organised and able to work well on your own initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential, as you`ll be expected to present information in tables and spreadsheets.
Previous experience in a recruiter/HR administration role is a requirement of the role
